Please take a moment to review my pricing, return policies, as well as information regarding estimated shipping and processing times.

  • Pricing on my pieces varies in many ways.. I go by dye color, how many different dyes i use and the pricing of them..

  • I also add money for doing geode or spectrum folds because they require up to an hour of just folding..

  • ( All Custom Orders over $50 requires an agreed upon price to cover the base cost for materials) After deposit is made artist will begin said order as soon as possible.

  • I also wash my pieces before and after with “Professional Textile Detergent” . Which removes all dye molecules not bonded to fabric .. So your piece will stay bright and vibrant and will not fade or bleed>


Shipping

  • I charge an flat rate fee for USPS priority mail which always includes tracking

  • I normally ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order

  • If you would like to cancel your order, a cancellation MUST be requested before your order is shipped. Please email myself at ( Nived@dyetroit.com ) in this situation, as this is the most efficient and effective route of communication.

  • Any orders that is already in physical custody of the United States Postal Service cannot be cancelled, but can be returned upon delivery if eligible (please refer to my return policy for further information).


Refunds and Returns

Return Conditions —
* In the event you would like to return an item, please contact us within “ 7 “ days of delivery.

  • Piece(s) must be returned in the same condition they were originally received in. If the item has all ready been worn i will issue an partial refund..

  • Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return process.

  • Custom Orders may be cancelled at any given time.. If the custom order is “ all ready started” artist at Dyetroit Tie Dye reserve the right to previously agreed upon base cost for materials.. If the order has not been started but items have been purchased the buyer will be issued a partial refund for everything except the cost shipping..

  • If you receive a damaged item, I am more than happy to replace it so long as photographic proof of the damage/defect is reported within “ 24 ” hours of order delivery.
